Fear -> duration [optional, for PvP]

Chain Casting -> cooldown [optional]

Frost Nova -> cooldown [and power, but that's optional... :O]

Inferno -> cooldown (again >.>)

Magic Blast -> cooldown [and power, but that's optional too :P]

max cd and dmg on nova is pretty nice ;)
i didnt have any to do anything to inferno ;~;
i wasted some on magic blast, didnt like it though
max cd& dmg on fire BOLT<3
